I am a retired Sergeant of Police and certified through the California Department of Justice / Cal State Sac, as a Crime Analyst. I saw your new community and, as I am teaching Forensic Science, thought it would be a great community to join.

It's great to have you aboard.

I personally don't have anything to do with crime myself in my job (I'm a consultant in consumer psychology) but my interest in crime and especially forensics was passed on through the genes, my dad being a member of the European DVI-unit (Disaster Victim Identification).

Feel free to start any discussion, I'll probably post one myself as well once we have a few more members.

I have done a little consulting since I retired, but primarily I now teach Forensic Science and Administration of Justice to high school juniors and seniors who are looking for insight into possible career fields.

Its a challenge.
